About Me

Kim
I love good food and I love to travel. I admit it probably doesn't set me apart from most people, and to make it even less original, I inherited this overwhelming passion for good food from my father. He would painstakingly map out itineraries for our family trips, solely based on restaurants. He once said, as he sniffed a warm one-inch round ball of dough emitting the pungent scent of Ligurian black olives, “To not understand the food is to not understand the people, and if you travel without understanding the people, you may as well stay home.”
